    Job Description:

    AnyClip is looking for a freelance video editor that will handle ongoing work. You will be working with high-end ads mixed with premium content and fast turnarounds. You will also be working with other editors that have experience in this field.

  • Big Data Engineer

    Description:

    The successful Big-Data engineers will create new data ingestion platform and support existing  Big Data infrastructure (BigQuery &Python based ETL’s), and help transform and converge organizational data from disparate sources (BigQuery, CSV’s, HDFS,Hive, QlikView) into a single DWH.


    What you’ll do:

    • Design, implement, and support enterprise-level big data streams based on very large data sets related to AdTech technologies.
    • Develop ETL processes to integrate transactional data into data warehouses such as Hadoop and BigQuery.
    • Architect new SQL database schemas to store transactional and analytical data.
    • Optimize queries for efficient performance against very large datasets.
    • Design and implement distributed systems and web cloud services.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science-related field required.

    Senior Machine Learning Scientist


    Job description:

    We are looking for a data scientist to expand our RTB data science group.In this role, you will be responsible for the algorithms and models that underlie the experiences we create.You will apply your practical experience dealing with messy data, your deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms, your willingness to write code to explore problems and understand data, and your ability to implement solutions from scratch, all while solving challenging real-world problems at large scale.Example problem spaces include bid price estimation,financial time series forecasting, running Monte-Carlo simulations on peta-bytes of data but those are just to get you started.

    Requirements:

    Proven expertise (3+ years) in the fundamentals and practical application of Machine Learning AND big data tools. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Electrical engineering or other quantitative field; PhD strongly preferred.


    Experience with most of:

    • Predictive modeling: Bayesian statistics, Monte Carlo Simulation, Generalized Linear Models Random Forests, ensemble learning, feature selection
    • Statistical modeling packages: Spark MLib, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, StatsModels, PyMC, Theano.
    • MapReduce/cluster computing frameworks and libraries such as Spark, Hive, PySpark
    • Ability to create prototypes in R, Python, Scala, Java or similar stack and deploy them to production. 
    • Experience working with Big Data, crunching billions of samples for data mining, statistical modeling
    • Data manipulation: extensive SQL, Hive QL, Python, Map-Reduce/Spark
    • Optimization algorithms such as Stochastic Gradient Descent, Expectation-Maximization, etc
    • Minimum 3 years hands on commercial experience in at least one of Java, C++, Scala, or Python and  extensive experience with ML modeling tools like R, Spark ML, H20.

    Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience in real time bidding and RTB algorithms 
    • Understanding of AWS: Experience with AWS data engineering tools: EMR, Data Pipeline, Kinesis, etc

    The Role:

    You will join our Media Operations Team, reporting to the Head of Programmatic. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the setup, day-to-day operation and optimization of AnyClip’s online video campaigns, and for maintaining the relationships with ad serving platforms, advertisers and publishers.  

    You will be expected to run in-depth analyses of AnyClip’s campaigns, reach data-driven conclusions, proactively communicate to and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to streamline campaign setup, and act according to data-driven insights to optimize performance, understand functional requirements and apply settings to meet them.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in development of campaign execution strategy with the Sales and Media teams.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations, including campaign setup and verification
